1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Credit Purchases

ScamMukt operates on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased on demand and applied to specific services such as generating scam analysis reports and phishing detection tools.

  • Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
  • You may stop purchasing credits at any time — there are no recurring charges unless you choose to buy more.
  • Since credits are not a subscription, there is no recurring billing cycle to cancel.

1.2 How to Stop Using the Service

To stop using ScamMukt:

  • Simply stop purchasing credits — you will not be charged again.
  • Your account and any remaining credits will remain accessible.
  • To request account deletion, email us at scammukt@gmail.com.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 General Refund Terms

Because ScamMukt provides digital services delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds are generally not issued for:

  • Credits that have already been used to generate reports or run analysis tools.
  • Partial use of a credit balance.
  • Dissatisfaction with the output of a completed tool run.

2.2 Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Credits were purchased but never delivered to your account due to a technical failure.
  2. A duplicate payment was made for the same transaction.
  3. A technical error on our platform permanently prevented you from using the credits you purchased.
  4. The service was materially misrepresented at the time of purchase.

2.3 Refund Request Process

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund:

  • Include your registered email address, transaction/order ID, and a brief description of the issue
  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.


3. Payments & Security

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. ScamMukt does not store your card or banking details.

For payment disputes, you may also raise a concern directly with your bank or card issuer.

We may update this policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of ScamMukt after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
